I usually have a hard time convincing my daughters to eat fish, this time I found a way to trick them. I have to say that my idea worked great! An easy delicious recipe. Season the fish with the fish flavourings, if you haven’t chopped them with garlic and parsley. I put a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a pan then placed the salmon and swordfish steaks on it. After cooking them on a pan, I turned them over and then spread the pesto on top. I let the second part cook then I plated it. I decorated with chopped cherry tomatoes. The pesto on the fish steaks gives a delicate flavor and the steaks are less stringy.
