Black cuttlefish have the characteristic of having a sack with black ink inside, which this ink is usually used to make fantastic risottos. sorry, I can never save it... it always breaks! I hope you are luckier. First start washing and cleaning the cuttlefish by removing the mouth, eyes and entrails. Then in a bowl make a mix of breadcrumbs, salt, finely chopped garlic and parsley also cut into small pieces. In an oven-safe pan, place the cuttlefish covered with the breadcrumb mix and then add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top. Bake at medium/high temperature for about 40 minutes.
