Baked mullets
Red mullets are rich in omega 3, very tasty, easy to cook and if you remove the bones, even the most picky children will eat them :-)!
Start by removing all the mullet innards and scallops, wash them and pat them dry with absorbent paper. Place them in a baking tray greased with oil and then cover the inside and outside of the mullet with chopped parsley, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Cover everything with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at medium temperature (190°C). Once cooked, plate and serve hot.
