I was recently surprised to discover that quite a few people don't know how to cook spinach. So I'll reveal the simple, quick way to cook these iron-filled vegetables.
First of all, wash the spinach if you don't buy it already washed and place it in a large, deep pan (even a wok), add a splash of water and a pinch of salt, then cook for 5 minutes with the lid on.
Once cooked, drain them in a colander and then let them cool. Place them on a plate and then cook them to your liking, such as making savory crepes, or filled with fresh pasta, adding some cheese and eggs.
