One of my favorite dishes…spaghetti amatriciana, a bit like pizza, I would eat it every day! I need a few ingredients, spaghetti, bacon, tomato puree, parmesan and red wine. Cook the bacon strips in the pan for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Then drain the excess fat and add a drizzle of red wine. Cook and let the wine evaporate. Once the wine has evaporated, add the tomato puree, mix and cook for a few more minutes. Turn off the heat and then season the already cooked and drained spaghetti. Finally add the parmesan and mix.
