Trofie al pesto

Trofie are a fresh pasta that can be cooked in just a few minutes and is very versatile, it can be seasoned with anything.
Bring the water to the boil, then when it boils add the coarse salt and then add the trofie. Pour a jar of pesto into a bowl and then 3 tablespoons of cooking water and then mix (I rinse the jar with the trofie cooking water).
When the trofie are cooked, drain them in a colander and then add them to the pesto. Mix everything and serve. When using pesto there is no need to add parmesan.
