Baked sea bream fish

Sea bream is a good, dietary and super tasty fish. Baked is one of the best ways, as it would be too dry on the grill as it is a lean fish.
Easy to cook… clean the inside and outside, wash and dry the sea bream then place them in a baking tray, season with fish condiments, extra virgin olive oil and fill the inside with capers and cherry tomatoes. Bake in the oven on medium high for about 30/40 minutes. Given the active oven you can also take advantage of making potatoes or other types of vegetables.
Obviously as a final touch you shouldn’t miss a squeeze of lemon on top…a bit like parmesan on pasta 🙂

Personally I prefer to serve them already cleaned by first removing the skin and then the pulp and then the central spine and any spines.
