Conchiglie di 5 colori con ragù bolognese

The shells are made of durum wheat semolina pasta and to make the 5 colors turmeric, spinach, beetroot and black carrot were used…a colorful fantasy. I had just made the ragù bolognese so it was easy to decide which seasoning to use. I put a pan with water to boil and then when it boiled I added a little coarse salt and then added the colored shells. A few minutes (9) and the pasta was cooked, I toasted it and then I mixed everything with a little homemade ragù. I made the dish and then added a little parmesan on top.
