Le Trofie is an Italian pasta made of durum wheat semolina, its value is that it can be cooked in just a few minutes. I had some previously made ragù in the freezer, all I had to do was cook it for a few minutes while I boiled the water for the Trofie. Cook the Trofie in boiling water with a little salt and then drain them, after which I mixed them with my ragù bolognese. Once served, add some parmesan on top. What can I say… in less than 20 minutes lunch was ready.
