Cold Pasta Salad (fusilli) with Tomatoes
In the summer, cold pasta is very popular in Italy because it is very hot and this way with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil is very tasty and very simple to make. First, cook the pasta as usual, then drain it and let it cool. Meanwhile, cut some small fresh tomatoes in half, then cut some ementhal cheese into cubes on the side.
Place the now cold pasta in a large bowl, add the cherry tomatoes, cheese, a few basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and gently mix everything together. If you want to make the salad tastier you can add a little canned tuna (drained from the oil). Plate and serve.
