Stewed chicken legs with potatoes
Chicken is divinely accompanied with potatoes, but we are usually used to chicken and fried potatoes, well I propose an equally good recipe but without frying…stewed chicken with potatoes. I usually make this type of stewed meat with beef or game meat, I can guarantee you that chicken also goes well stewed with potatoes. Start by cutting an onion and frying it, add 3 chicken thighs without the skin and without the bones cut into small pieces. Cook for about 10 minutes with the lid on, stirring occasionally. Then add 3 potatoes cut into small pieces.
Separately, cook a little stock cube if you don’t have any homemade stock. add the broth, about 3 glasses, to the pan with the chicken legs and potatoes and cook everything together for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a few bay leaves, a few grains of pepper and 2 tablespoons of triple tomato concentrate and cook for another 10 minutes to flavor everything. When everything is cooked, use tongs to remove the bay leaves and peppercorns. Serve.
Buon Appetito!!
