Tart with 4 jams

Ingredients for the tart dough:

-200g (7,054 oz) of butter at room temperature
-100g (3,52 oz) of sugar
-300g (10,58 oz) of flour
– a few drops of vanilla essence
– 1 egg
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything has blended, you will obtain a dough which you will then put on a plate with cling film on top and then in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Remove the dough from the fridge, cut out about 1 quarter of the dough to make the edges and dividing strips. Roll out the dough into a round shape the diameter of the cake tin. Add the rostata mixture to the cake tin, greased with flour and mixed with flour. Once in the cake tin, add strips around and transverse strips with the cut dough. Fill each divided part with various types of jam. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
