Tuscan bread croutons with avocado and prawns
Tuscan bread is famous for its lack of salt inside and is therefore very versatile when combined with various delicacies. I prepared a cream with avocado: I peeled and pitted the avocado, then I put it in a bowl and added a pinch of salt and lemon juice, I blended everything until it became a beautiful and delicious green cream which then I spread over the Tuscan bread croutons. I took some already cooked and peeled prawns and added them to the avocado cream, sprinkled a few drops of lemon, salt and pepper on the top and voila…ready in a few minutes with very few ingredients… a fantastic appetizer! The result it was a huge success…the avocado goes very well with the prawns!!
