Roll with Nutella
If you don’t have much time, you have few ingredients and you need to make a dessert… this Nutella roll is the best solution.
Ingredients:
-4 eggs
-125g(4,40 oz) of powdered sugar
-125g(4,40 oz) of flour
-Nutella for filling
First separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites together with a pinch of salt. Whip the egg yolks with the icing sugar.
Add the flour gradually to the mixture and mix everything with a spatula, then add the white of the beaten eggs and mix very delicately.
Place the baking paper on a baking tray and then add the roll dough, spreading it out with a spatula. Place in the oven and cook for 8 minutes at 180°C(356°F). When it is cooked, take it out and let it cool for a few minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a syrup and then soak the cooked roll, made with fruit juice or simply water and sugar. After soaking, add a layer of Nutella which, if heated a little earlier, is softer to spread. Roll up your roll with Nutella, cut it into slices and sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
