Riso improvvisato

I called this recipe “improvised rice” because it was an improvised recipe, that is, I started by making myself some plain rice and then the inspiration took hold. Basically I toasted the rice, aside I brought a small saucepan with water and vegetable broth. I added some broth to the rice and cooked it for a few minutes, but it didn’t satisfy me so I added some speck cut into strips and some peas, I cooked everything with some broth and then at the end of cooking I added some cheese cut into cubes, I mixed it and then I cooked it for another 2 minutes.
