Sovraccosce di pollo con Fagiolini verdi (chicken thighs with green beans)

A delicious way to cook Chicken Thighs, making a delicious one-dish meal by combining chicken and vegetables and… above all easy to cook. Cook for 20 minutes with the lid on and in the meantime put some broth in a saucepan to boil. Clean the fresh green beans and cut them into pieces. Turn the thighs, add the green beans and a little broth. Add a little broth and cook for another half an hour, add broth from time to time and stir. Add 3 tablespoons of triple tomato paste, salt and pepper and cook for about another 10 minutes. Serve hot and accompanied with slices of bread.
