Baked lamb
Ingredients:
-1200g(42.33 oz) of lamb
-extra virgin olive oil
-1 glass of white wine
Preparation:
1) 4 hours before cooking the lamb you need to soak it in a bowl with water, salt and white vinegar. This operation serves to remove the strong flavor of the lamb.
2) Rinse the ring, place it in a baking pan and season with Liliana seasoning and extra virgin olive oil.
3) Cover the pan with foil and bake at 200°C for 2 hours. Turn occasionally, remove the foil and turn the meat, then cover with foil.
5) Once the cooking time has passed, remove the foil and add the wine. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes. It is recommended to serve it with puree and red wine.
