Branzino al forno (baked sea bass)

Sea bass is a saltwater fish, cooked in the oven it maintains its delicious flavor. Start by cleaning the sea bass, personally I do not remove the skin because the skin is not edible and then cooked whole like this it maintains all its delicious flavor. Once cleaned cover and fill with extra virgin olive oil and fish seasonings, then inside add some cherry tomatoes, capers, salt and minced garlic. Bake for 40 minutes at medium-high temperature. Halfway through cooking turn the sea bass. Clean the fish and serve with baked potatoes or other cooked vegetables. Serve hot and with a glass of sparkling white wine.
